RAPP wins Bacardi's UK digital advertising account

RAPP cited as a UK DMSP "leader" in independent research

Leading independent technology and market research company Forrester Research has scored RAPP as number one in the UK for its current offering as part of its first UK evaluation of database marketing services providers (The Forrester Wave ™: UK Database Marketing Services Providers).

Overall, RAPP was cited as a "leader" after the 77-criteria evaluation. After extensive screening, only eight UK MSPs made the final list by Forrester and were categorised into "leaders" and "strong performers".

Companies were evaluated across three broad categories – current offering; strategy and market presence. RAPP led the current offering category, according to Forrester, "because of its breadth of services, integrated vision and emphasis on strategy and analytics."

Within the current offering segment companies were evaluated on:

  • Account management and service delivery
  • Strategy services
  • Data sourcing and services
  • Technology and technical services
  • Analytical services
  • Creative services
  • Execution and fulfilment
  • Measurement

In its overall evaluation of RAPP, Forrester said: "The company demonstrates strong strategy, analytics, creative and execution and fulfilment capabilities. Client feedback was generally positive with broad praise for the company’s account management, proactive service and understanding of the big picture,..."

Commenting on the findings, Thomas Funk, RAPP CEO, Global Data Solutions, says: "Ultimately, we feel this is a glowing endorsement of our positioning as a customer-centric, data driven organisation. We believe it shows that we are not just good at articulating our proposition, we actually deliver on that proposition."
