Mark brings over 20 years client-side experience in digital marketing and marketing strategy. An innovative and strategic thinker with vast experience in leading digital technology and CRM teams. Mark joined RAPP after serving 37 years with the U.S. Army, where he managed the U.S. Army’s marketing web site, and pioneered the U.S. Army’s first online recruiting site, as well as the Army’s first social media marketing sites.

Shalini started her career over 17 years ago in digital marketing, when the practice was still in its infancy. She has established herself as an expert in digital and CRM and brings that experience to RAPP. She’s led engagements at a variety of agencies including Critical Mass, Sapient and Merkle and has had the opportunity to work with dozens of brands, including Warner Brothers, Under Armour, Nestle Waters, Nespresso and Infiniti USA, to name a few.
