    Background

    John is a veteran in the marketing communications business, with over 20 years of client leadership and marketing innovation experience across dozens of big name brands. He has a diverse background, from branding at DDB to leading CRM, digital and technology initiatives on the client side at Ticketmaster. John has a history with RAPP, having worked here prior to his return in 2016. He brings his experience and knowledge to lead RAPP U.S.

    Why I'm At RAPP

    RAPP is home for me. After being away for a few years, I found nowhere more focused on driving business forward and delivering value through creative, innovative thinking. RAPP’s internal dedication to people and culture is second to none.

    Hamish McCollester

    Hamish is best known for solving creative problems… and creatively solving problems. He started his ad adventure 25 years ago in a rogue New York agency, writing mind-altering copy and being the body model for various Joe Camel illustrations. Yes, that Joe Camel. In his five years at RAPP, he has leveraged his award-winning expertise in financial, automobile, membership, and other categories to push the team (and clients) to create great, smart work.

    Background

    With over 17 years of experience in project management and operations, Michael joined RAPP in 2013 to lead LA’s delivery organization. He collaborates closely with an incredibly talented and diverse group of data-driven thinkers and innovators to build memorable brand experiences with creative excellence top of mind. Michael has had the opportunity to work with and for brands such as Mazda North American Operations, Nissan North America, KIA, Toyota, Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Mercury Insurance Group and Yellowpages.com.

    As media and technology force change on how marketers build relationships between their brands and customers, I wanted to work with “real” practitioners who have the precision and discipline to evolve and build those engaging experiences that matter most.

    John Gim leads a diverse and seasoned practice that encompasses experience analytics, media analytics, and advanced analytics. Over his career, John has focused on producing measurably effective, methodologically sound solutions by leveraging a wide-ranging background across analytics, technology and data. Outside of building client solutions, John can be found pursuing his passions around transparency and data science growth through serving on RAPP’s Global Consumer Trust council and I-COM’s Data Science Board.

    Background

    Paul joined RAPP to fuse creativity, data and technology together in ways that mutually advance brands and the people they serve. A doctor of psychology with over 18 years of agency experience, Paul is applying behavioral science to the craft of designing progressive creative solutions. He oversees a robust team of experience strategists, analysts and data scientists who combine human insight and empathy with precision use of data.

    Jason Henry

    Background

    Jason leads RAPP's finance and operations for the LA and San Francisco offices. He has 15+ years of experience in the marketing industry and has been with RAPP since 2007. Prior to RAPP, he was CFO of communications agency Clark & Weinstock and began his career in public accounting with Arthur Andersen. He is a CPA and holds an MBA from New York University and a B.S. in Accounting and Economics from Syracuse University.

    Thibault fell into the digital world programming fractals in Logo language during first grade. Convinced, since then, that computer sciences can amplify creativity in unexpected forms, he never stopped experimenting in diverse fields of data and technology. Balancing arts and sciences across web and e-commerce platforms, mobile apps and recommendation engines, CRM & loyalty programs, all the way to digital ordering experiences in-restaurant, Thibault is an always-on technologist seeking to inspire and enable innovation across teams and projects.
