    Managing Director and CXS Lead

    Background

    Ludo combines left-brain analytical thinking with right-brain creative sensitivities to build effective marketing strategies for his clients. Ludo held strategy positions at Y&R, Wunderman and Ogilvy, where his work won Global Effies and DMA Echo Awards for business effectiveness. He has graduated from a business school in Paris, where he is from.

    I believe customer loyalty is not gained through brand monologues and interruptive techniques but by earning people’s trust through experiences that enrich their lives.  The ability to harness data, creativity and technology to go beyond digital communication businesses through their digital transformation is why I have joined RAPP.

Having worked across almost every agency department from Account Management to Strategy to Front End Development, Megan brings a holistic understanding of go-to-market operations resulting in expert direction of staff, prioritization of workload and negotiation of client demands to deliver high-quality, on-time and in-budget products at all times.

    Molly joined RAPP San Francisco in August 2017 as part of an Omnicom-driven merger and brings with her more than 18 years of experience managing data-inspired and response-driven marketing programs for a roster of global brands. Her business acumen and innate passion for people make her someone you want on your team – she lives at the intersection of insights, empathy, and action, and believes building genuine relationships is the key to success both in marketing and in life.

    This is my second time around at RAPP, and I'm back for a few reasons. The teams here are incredibly smart, passionate and driven to help our clients businesses succeed. Also, I really want to amplify RAPP as a transformative creative agency, that's provocative and pushes the definition of great work. Finally, the opportunity to champion female creative talent and leadership in this industry is truly exciting, I'm thrilled to be an integral part of strengthening that narrative.
