With a first-hand understanding of doing more with less, Jai’s insightful and strategic guidance enables clients to maximize their budgets, without compromising on quality.

A creative at heart, Joelene has over 10 years of industry experience. Leading the creative team for RAPP Singapore, she believes human chemistry is what adds to the success of every campaign. As the UX landscape is ever-changing, her perspective is to boost the work through strong ideation, marrying the logic of data with the aesthetics of design. As a leader, she encourages constant learning, and displays empathy through mentorship of her team.
Why I'm At RAPP
I like asking how and why – it’s the basis of what I do. To understand, learn and create solutions in an ever-changing world. To provide experiences to people. And that is why I chose RAPP. With colleagues from diverse backgrounds, the culture of the workplace is based on each individual’s character, exposing us to more, and sharing the same goal of continuing a collaborative culture of learning and understanding.

Kishan is a highly experienced software engineer. He is involved in all aspects of client solutions from software development and system analysis through to execution of the technical delivery. Fluent in data and technology, Kishan plays a crucial role in helping to connect the different capabilities of corporations in South East Asia with a global offering. Kishan has built extensive brand experiences through working with clients such as Nissan, Daimler, Citibank to name but a few.
